Wrigley Building Tour – Tour of the former Wrigley gum factory, which has been repurposed and transformed into a thriving multipurpose commercial space that includes a variety of uses: manufacturing, commercial & non-profit office space, incubator space for startups, and studios for artists. Learn more about how this 385,000 Square foot building was given a second life and is now home to businesses like Santa Cruz Bicycles, LifeAid, and the R. Blizter Gallery.

Tannery Tour – Formerly the home to the Salz Tannery for 145 years, the Tannery Arts Center is a first-in-the-nation art community that provides a sustainable, accessible and vibrant home for the arts in Santa Cruz County, offering visitors a dynamic cultural destination. The Tannery is also home to the Tannery Working Studios, which provides 28 separate studio spaces for professional artists to create, display and sell their art. Tour the Tannery Arts Center Campus and learn more about the history and development of the Arts Center project.
